Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if more than 60 days have passed since your purchase.

Conditions for Refund

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your refund request.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@psldiscountvillage.store.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@psldiscountvillage.store with proof of damage and order details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
